FAQs

What are these webinars all about?

Twice a month we host live webinars exclusively for Hub Members. These are three categories: Q&A Expert Webinars, Recovery Stories and Group Sessions.

You can either join these calls (aka webinars) to ask your questions and comment, or you can watch the replay afterward whenever you like (and as many times as you like!).

Note: The group sessions are not recorded.

What if I can't make that time?

You are part of a global community, which is very exciting, but also unfortunately means the call time won't suit everyone. While I'll do my best to find a timezone to accommodate most people, for some of you the live calls might sometimes be in the middle of the night - apologies in advance.

I've got a question but can't attend live - how do I ask it?

You can ask burning questions before the webinar by commenting on the announcement post and I'll make sure to ask the speaker(s) during the webinar.

How do I watch the replays?

All the webinar video recordings are posted in the Hub Vault the next business day.

Do I need to register to join the live webinar?

Yes please! There will be a link to register sent out in an email before the webinar (usually 1-2 weeks beforehand) and it will be posted in the relevant post here too.

Will my video/mic be on during the webinar?

No, we use Zoom and ask that you keep your mic and video off during the call. You can ask questions and interact via the Chatbox.

Can I be interviewed for a webinar?

Absolutely! If you have an inspiring story to share I'd love to hear from you (just message me: victoria@atouchysubject.com). It could be anything from dating again post-surgery when you thought all hope was lost, to trying out a new technique or product that fixed climacturia, to reflecting on what worked and didn't work on your journey to restoring erectile function (and what 'natural erection recovery' now looks/feels like for you if that's where you're at).
